NOOSA alive! and Noosa Music Society present

The Acacia Quartet is an international string quartet based in Australia, comprised of four remarkable musicians:
Lisa Stewart and Myee Clohessy (violins), Stefan Duwe (viola)
and Anna Martin-Scrase (cello).

Their diverse careers led them to play in chamber ensembles and orchestras the world over before forming the Acacia Quartet in 2010. Acacia was nominated for both an ARIA Award and an APRA-AMCOS Art Music Award in 2013.

‘Acacia’s playing was so precise, beautiful in tone, individually nuanced yet with a cohesiveness of playing that almost transcended the music.’ Sydney Arts Guide
