NOOSA alive! – ‘Asian Infusion XO’
Set in beautiful shady Sunshine Beach, Embassy XO offers a unique concept of modern Asian food. Chef James Wu entwines modern and traditional Asian cooking techniques, while still staying true to traditional Asian flavours with a strong emphasis on showcasing local produce.

The Noosa alive! Menu revolves around locally sourced seasonal products from sustainable growers, highlighting the amazing products the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

Embassy XO also offers an award-winning cellar, so you’re never in doubt of finding that perfect glass to match the food.
