Our Patrons Make it Happen

Philanthropic leadership is vital to the Festival’s creative and economic strength. Through our Patron’s Circle we seek support from individuals and businesses toward mutual benefit – the investment in art and artists, the presentation of productions and exhibitions to the highest standard, fostering direct access to critical and creative debates, and building national and international recognition for the artistic contributions of Australia and in particular of Noosa.

Due to the generosity of our Patrons, the Festival is able to make the critically acclaimed work of today’s artists and commentators available to the broadest range of people. Your support goes directly to the Festival’s ability to provide a combination of high quality and culturally inclusive programming.

NOOSA alive! gratefully acknowledge the wonderful support from our 2020 Patron’s Circle.

Become a Patron of NOOSA alive! and support the festival to achieve its ambitious and exciting vision for the future!

Welcome to NOOSA alive!, a 10 day festival of theatre, literature, music, dance, film, visual arts, cuisine and barrier-breaking forums – in one of Australia’s most enviable destinations: Noosa Heads, Queensland.

Founded by prominent Australian playwright David Williamson, author Kristin Williamson, internationally renowned violinist Brett Dean, environmental activist Dr Michael Gloster, restaurateur Leonie Palmer-Fisher together with Rick Clayton and Ros McCauley.

NOOSA alive! respectfully acknowledges the traditional custodians, the Gubbi Gubbi/Kabi Kabi peoples, as the original storytellers, artists and performers of the country where we work, live and play.
