MEOW MEOW returns to Noosa

International Cabaret Diva MEOW MEOW returns to Noosa by popular demand for One-night only.

Meow-Meow’s unique brand of subversive and sublime entertainment has hypnotized inspired and seduced audiences worldwide from London’s Royal Albert Hall to Lincoln Centre New York, to the Hollywood Bowl, to the Sydney Opera House.

Named ‘cabaret diva of the highest order’ (New York Post), the ‘Queen of Chanson’ (Berliner Zeitung), ‘Sensational’ (The Times) and ‘A phenomenon’ by the Australian press, the spectacular crowd-surfing tragi-comedienne has “a voice to break the most unwilling heart and a feeling for words that smashes through cynicism” (The Times UK).

Multi-award winning Meow’s original music theatre works have been commissioned by David Bowie, Pina Bausch and Baryshnikov amongst others, and her theatre credits include Titania in A Midsummer Night’s Dream at Shakespeare’s Globe in London, and a critically acclaimed Miss Adelaide in Guys and Dolls at Royal Albert Hall. She’s recently performed her “orchestrated chaos” with The London Philharmonic, Sydney Symphony at the Sydney Opera House and Seattle Symphony, and her latest album “Hotel Amour” with Pink Martini’s Thomas Lauderdale was ranked in the Times UK top 100 albums of 2019.

Meow’s Noosa show promises an intimate evening with the stellar performer.

What others say about this event!

There are not many women who can stun an audience into pin-drop silence with an exquisitely delivered torch song one moment and rock the rafters with laughter the next. Meow-Meow is that rare combination – devilish funny bones and heavenly vocal chords. No one now does it better than Meow”
