Covid Regulations – What you need to know
All care has been taken to engage local artists to avoid unforeseen cancellations.
NOOSA alive! allows for a change at any time at our discretion in the event of a lock down that prevents the artist to attend.
Non-refundable once purchased.
To comply with the current requirements for public events you must advise:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Phone contact
- Post code
By purchasing this ticket you agree to maintain a 1.5m distance between yourself and other attendees.
Please do not attend the event if you have any of these symptoms.
If you are unwell, have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath you should self-isolate and seek medical advice.
Door sales are not guaranteed to be available for any event. Tickets for all events should be purchased online by choosing the online link for the event you wish to attend.
Tickets can be printed at home or made accessible on your mobile device upon entry. The QR code on your mobile device or printed ticket(s)will be scanned upon entry to validate your ID and the personal details you entered at the time of booking. To comply with Covid regulations these details are required for ticket purchase and entry to all events Tickets are ‘unallocated seating’ – unless you have made a request to be seated with other ticket holders. For those patrons wishing to be seated together for restaurant events, please complete the request details online when making purchasing your ticket(s). It is not possible to exchange, refund or return completed bookings.
Program details are correct at the time of printing but are subject to change where necessary and without notice. Please check all details of your ticketing purchase before completing and entering your payment details.
I acknowledge and consent to photographs and electronic images being taken of me before, during or after the event by an official representative of the NOOSA alive! festival. I acknowledge and agree that such photographs and electronic images are owned by the event organiser and that the event organiser and event sponsors may use the image for promotional use. These images, my name and my event results may be used for reporting purposes or other purposes at any time by any form of media without my further consent being necessary. The event organiser is not responsible for photographs and electronic images taken by persons who are not an official representative of the NOOSA alive! festival.
